Abby is a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of Oklahoma and the co-owner of Advanced Therapy Solutions, LLC. She graduated with her Master of Science degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Oklahoma State University in 2015. Abby has experience working with both adult and pediatric populations in outpatient rehabilitation, inpatient rehabilitation, hospital, skilled nursing, home health care, and private practice settings. In her free time she volunteers with her therapy dog, Annee, to provide comfort, companionship, and joy to individuals in a variety of settings. Abby also enjoys spending time with family and friends, going to the lake, playing with her dogs, gardening, and cooking.

Abby was an aspiring Speech Pathologist when she underwent cervical spinal cord injury and surgery resulting in a breathy and weak voice that impacted her ability to speak and swallow. She was diagnosed with vocal cord paralysis, received vocal rehabilitation, and fully recovered. Since then, Abby has dedicated her studies and career to helping others in similar situations. Knowing what it's like to be on the other end of the table allows Abby to give you the best possible outcome.

Assistant Professor and Program Director for the MS in Speech-Language Pathology program at Rush University Medical Center, Chicago, IL. She is the Director of the Rush University Swallowing Research Laboratory where she collaborates with physicians in pediatric neurology, pulmonology, otolaryngology, neuroradiology, and the Rush Alzheimer’s Disease Research Center.

I’m Jennifer Flexser, owner and endoscopist of LA Dysphagia Solutions and Speech Pathology. I provide mobile FEES for Los Angeles, San Bernardino and Orange counties.
I graduated with a Master’s degree in Communication Disorders at California State University, Los Angeles in 2011. I currently work in the acute care and outpatient settings in Los Angeles as a Medical Speech Pathologist where I perform both MBS exams (modified barium swallow) and FEES (flexible Fiberoptic Endoscopic Evaluation of Swallowing) as well as provide treatment for swallowing, speech and language disorders.
My areas of interest include: adult and pediatric swallowing disorders, alternative and augmentative communication, speech and swallowing treatment and management in patients with Neurodegenerative Diseases and assessment and treatment in the acute care setting.
